GCA Submissions on the Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme No. 9 - 29.08.2011
The GCA made submissions on 29 August 2011 to the Gingin Shire regarding the Local Planning Strategy document and the Local Planning Scheme No: 9 document. These submissions can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

Once the Planning Strategy and the Planning Scheme are adopted by the Shire, after public comment, they are expected to become law via the Western Australian Government in due course. As such they are inportant and will guide future planning and development in our area.
