The Planning Strategy and Planning Scheme indicate the direction of future development within the Shire and as such have a direct impact on Guilderton. These documents can be found on the Gingin Shire website:

Given the potential impact these documents can have on Guilderton, the Estuary and the surrounding area, they are well worth having a read of. Any comments can be made using the forms on the Shire's website. Comments are due by the 29th of August.
